Beautiful spacious suite rooms with air conditioning. The staff was always eager to take care of the guest and made an extra effort to what we wanted and tried to find a way to arrange it. Felt like home.From the moment we arrived at Resort we were greeted with warmth and Hospitality.

What an incredible experience! This property offers outstanding service from arrival to departure. The property is well-maintained with an excellent customer service. The lady manager, Chandralekha, is doing an excellent job, leading the property with care. The staff is well-trained, providing personalized attention to every guest. Arrived after a long drive from Kochi to a warm and friendly welcome at reception made us all feel at ease and at home straight away. The resort felt very serene and the feeling of tranquility was felt immediately . Rooms are great , huge , well equipped and airy. Good size bathroom and balcony with lake views for the stress to float away. Gardens well maintained , pool and other facilities to hand also , badminton , walks , and boats rides on the lake with fantastic sunsets.

The hospitality, service, view, and the overall experience were top notch. The staffs were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They arranged lots of fun activities in the evening such as cycling, flying kite, yoga session, feeding the swans and etc. and we had the experience of re-living our childhood all over again. Waking up to the sea view and every corner of the resort was dreamy and definitely worth every penny. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the place for you! Definitely looking forward to come back again ♥️
